Apricot kernel oil is extracted from seeds of the Apricot (Prunus armeniaca). The oil can be obtained from kernels using solvent extraction, or cold-pressed.
We always recommend that you try and work with the cold-pressed version. It is a light oil and is suitable for those with sensitive skin as well.
